These terms describe Jury AI’s current service, user responsibilities, payment, and important limitations. Jury AI is a legal-information service, not legal advice.
1. Parties and service operator
These terms apply between the user and Смарт интел ХХК, registration number 6986897. In these terms, “Jury” means Смарт интел ХХК, and “Jury AI” means the service available through jury.mn and chat.jury.mn.
Jury AI is an AI-assisted research service that searches Mongolian legislation and published court decisions and explains them in plain language. It is not a lawyer, legal representation, contract sign-off, or an attorney-client relationship.
3. Limits of AI answers
An AI answer may be inaccurate, incomplete, wrongly cited, or outdated. Verify its sources, current-law status, and procedural deadlines against official sources. Consult a qualified lawyer before making a decision affecting legal rights, money, criminal exposure, court proceedings, or deadlines.
4. Account and submitted information
You must verify your phone and protect your device and authentication tokens. You may not use another person’s account, attack the service, use it unlawfully, or circumvent source-access restrictions.
You must have the right to process and send submitted information to AI and search providers. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or third-party information unless necessary and lawfully permitted. You grant Jury a limited permission to process your input only as needed to operate the service.
5. Pricing, entitlements, and payment
Current consumer payments are one-time and prepaid, with no automatic renewal. The SKU, price, duration, and usage terms shown at purchase apply to that transaction. Entitlement is activated after the payment gateway confirms payment.
Payment is completed through a Bonum-hosted QPay checkout. Jury’s interface does not collect a card number. Jury may retain transaction identifiers, SKU, amount, status, provider, timestamps, and verified gateway-event information.
6. Cancellation, defects, and consumer rights
A refund, credit, or other remedy depends on the transaction, any service defect, entitlement already used, and applicable law. These terms neither promise a refund in every case nor prohibit every refund. Send a payment or service complaint with supporting details to info@jury.mn.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, service-quality remedies, or compensation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Mongolian law.
7. Service operation
The service may be delayed, interrupted, or temporarily unable to reach some sources because it depends on internet, source, AI, and payment providers. Jury may change features to improve the service, protect security, or meet legal or provider requirements.
8. Responsibility
You are responsible for checking sources and deadlines rather than relying on an AI answer alone. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jury is not responsible for consequences of a decision based on an unverified AI answer. This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct, unlawful conduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how information is processed. Because foreign AI services may be used, submitting information to Jury AI is not equivalent to sharing it confidentially with your lawyer.
10. Changes and contact
If these terms change, a new date and version will be published. Where law or the nature of a change requires new consent, it will be requested separately. Publication alone does not prove that a user accepted this version. Send questions or complaints to Смарт интел ХХК at info@jury.mn, 88110921, or 11th khoroo, Sukhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar 14190, Mongolia.
